When we get your response, we will be in touch with you. We will have our eyes and ears out for the major themes that emerge across calls and surveys, and we will work with you to amplify and advocate around these key issues affecting our bus system.

To every extent possible, we will also help connect you to answers for any questions or concerns, whether from GRTC, the City, Henrico County, or Chesterfield County. If you have a specific customer service concern for GRTC, you can reach out to them directly at ridegrtc.com/need-help/contact-us/.
