Mobility University is a FREE, intensive 5-week course to educate and empower bus riders to self-advocate for better public transportation.

  5. How to tell your Story

  6. How to Testify at a State and Local meeting

  7. How to Canvass + How to conduct a recruitment 1:1 conversation

  8. How to hold a meeting & build a campaign

Long-Term Objectives

This Academy will aim to establish and sustain a Riders Advisory Council (RAC), that operates externally to GRTC and will:

  • Provide upper-level administration with direct feedback from GRTC riders.

  • Provide input into GRTC’s customer outreach activities.

  • Provide GRTC customers and the community-at-large with information about GRTC services, and solicit input concerning service improvements
