Long-Term Objectives
This Academy will aim to establish and sustain a Riders Advisory Council (RAC), that operates externally to GRTC and will:
Provide upper-level administration with direct feedback from GRTC riders.
Provide input into GRTC’s customer outreach activities.
Provide GRTC customers and the community-at-large with information about GRTC services, and solicit input concerning service improvements
