Advocacy groups like RVA Rapid Transit are making sure the topic stays a priority. The organization links rapid transit to increased access to jobs, nutritious food and health care services in addition to an increased quality of life for all. They are calling leaders across metro Richmond to “unite in creating a first-class public transportation system.”
